Participation Agreement

Read and sign the NexaBuilder Contractor Participation Agreement to activate your account.

NexaBuilder Contractor Participation Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between NexaBuilder ("Company," CSLB #1127866) and the contractor identified during registration ("Contractor").

1. Lead Distribution

Company will provide Contractor with homeowner leads matching declared service area and trades. Leads are distributed on a first-available basis. Contractor agrees not to share, resell, or redistribute leads.

2. CSLB Compliance

Contractor warrants their CSLB license is active at all times and agrees to notify NexaBuilder immediately of any change in license status.

3. Conduct & Standards

Contractor agrees to respond to leads within 24 hours, maintain professional conduct, and carry required insurance and bonds at all times.

4. Fees

Track A contractors pay a lead referral fee per accepted lead per the current fee schedule. Track B contractors receive payment per project milestone. Fee schedules may be updated with 30 days' notice.

5. Term & Termination

Month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. NexaBuilder reserves the right to suspend accounts for CSLB violations or conduct issues.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, CA.

7. Electronic Signature
